This template establishes a complaint and appeal workflow; it is not legal advice.
1. Required materials
A claimant should provide identity and rights evidence, an unambiguous target, contact details, a good-faith statement, and any required signature. Do not submit media credentials through a general support ticket.
2. Process
Valid cases enter an audited governance queue. Quarantine, regional restriction, or takedown may be applied with source, actor, reason, and time recorded.
3. Appeal
Affected users can submit a counter-notice or additional evidence. Case status, deadlines, and notices follow the effective policy and applicable law.
