1. Data we process
Xinghai processes only data needed for playback, subtitles, sync, support, and security. Analytics must not contain full URLs, local paths, filenames, subtitle text, tokens, or reversible personal information.
2. Media and subtitles
Local videos are not uploaded in full and online videos are not stored in full by default. New AI subtitle tasks process only temporary audio segments; subtitles, tasks, and safe metadata follow the published retention policy.
3. Your rights
Users can request access, correction, export, and deletion through the app or support channel. Scope, verification, and response periods will be defined in the effective version.
