1. Service scope
Xinghai Player provides local and URL media playback, subtitle discovery, AI generation, translation, and personal sync. It is not cloud video storage, a subtitle community, or a web player.
2. Authorized use
Users may process only media they are authorized to access and may not use the product to bypass sign-in, regional restrictions, paywalls, DRM, or other technical protections.
3. Payments and entitlements
Pricing and entitlements follow the catalog version and order snapshot accepted at purchase. Real payment, renewal, and refund terms are presented and confirmed in the compliant client channel.
